Halloween masks can be made using simple materials such as paper, latex, plastic, etc. In this article I will offer you four cool tips on Halloween masks!
1. Why are Halloween masks so popular? It lets a person hide his real identity and camouflage himself under a fake character. A person can be a clown and fool people, or he can be a ghoul and scare people away! Let them keep guessing your real identity while you scare the hell out of your guests!

2. There are different types of Halloween masks that offer you different levels of coverage; how much of your face you want to cover would depend on your Halloween costume. There are masks that would cover your entire head, and then there are also masks that would cover only half of your face. There are some that help you cover just your eyes, and I really love those!

I understand that you would like to go with the masks that help you cover your entire face, especially if you are out to scare people, but the golden rule here is: you should choose only those masks which compliment your Halloween costume. It is of no use choosing a full mask if your costume requires only half masks.
Also remember that masks are not the only ways to cover yourself; you can add make-up and face paint to add a realistic touch to your look. In fact, people use makeup even while wearing full masks. Make-ups really help in enhancing the personality of the character you are playing. For example, if you are playing a demon or witch, you will want to paint your eyes in a way so that they look sharp!
4. Halloween masks not only compliment your costumes in a big way, but can also save your day even if you don't get a proper Halloween costume. Let's say that you found just an ordinary black or white Halloween costume for yourself; don't worry, because the Halloween mask would help you transform yourself into the character you want to become! In fact a great Halloween costume is not really necessary if you use a proper mask and face paint!
