So we've all done it, wondered where something came from or when we invented it, and why. and Blake from you Design it wondered about t-shirts, but instead of doing a quick Google search to find his answer, he built a whole website for anyone else who may have been wondering the exact same thing. The guide starts off with a really interesting section on the history of the t-shirt that tells how they became so famous. I learned a few things that I didn't know before reading it. After that it goes on to explain how t-shirts are made, all the way from cotton plants to the finished product, so cool! If you keep reading you'll learn about the different types of t-shirts and even all of the different methods of printing on them.
This is a great resource for anyone looking to start up a brand. even if you won't be the person designing or printing your shirts, it's good to know your canvas, and know what can and can't be done. I suggest you at least read through it quickly to get a general idea of how everything works, and trust me, you will learn something that you didn't already know!
