In addition to Mr. Potato Head, there are also such things as eyes, nose, mouth, 2 arms, 2 ears, hair, Robe, white shoes, and belts, not just for him but also for Darth Mash, Princess Tater, Yam Solo, Luke Frywalker, and even Spuda Fett. All intergalactic potato folk in good standing.
That way you can pick which of those you might like to be, or maybe even mix and match, sort of a transgendered potato, if you want.
