With the busy summer activities I have gotten so far behind on my blogging :(
Spencer turned 11 on May 24rth. I can hardly believe my baby is growing up. So sad for the mom! He chose steaks for his birthday dinner. Notice Brett is wearing a thick coat as he goes out to BBQ. Today it is almost 100 degrees, and we are roasting. Spencer got books, always books, and a bow-fishing bow for fishing in Ester Lake at the farm.
One June 6th Chase turned 15. He chose homemade pizza's for his birthday dinner. I searched hard for a unique birthday present for Chase to match his quirky personality. I finally decided on a record player and vintage vinyl records from the 70's and early 80's from Ebay. He loves classic rock and plays the guitar. He was very shocked when he opened the gifts. It took a bit for him to warm up to the idea. But now he loves it!
