Another Pinterest inspiration!
I made what amounts to breakfast Hot Pockets. 16! So I have breakfast for the next 16 work days for something like $10. Even the dough is homemade!

Next, I mixed in hashbrowns, milk, and some spices, and topped it off with cheese. This sat and stayed warm while I rolled out the dough for sixteen of these guys.

| Circular! Amazing! |
I was quite impressed with my ability to roll out a circle of dough. I am pretty awesome. The directions call for 1/3 cup of the sausage/egg mix, so the easiest way for me to do this was to take my 1/3 measuring cup and a spoon and move one set at a time to the dough, then pinching it closed and laying it out on the parchment paper and baking sheet.

| 1/3 cup of yummy. |
I just want to eat it now, but there's still pinching and cooking to do.
I put the folded side down when I put the things on the parchment paper. I'm not sure if it did anything, but it made me feel better about the sausage/egg yumminess staying IN the dough.
They baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
They cooled down and then I put them in ziploc freezer bags to go into the freezer. Pinterest says you just put the frozen pouch on a paper towel and microwave it for a minute and a half for yummy breakfast. I can't wait!!
