9 Words To Describe Craft Wars: Trick or Trowel | Expressionary Blog

Craft Wars always takes crafting to the extreme and tonight’s episode featured some Halloween items. Let’s look at 9 words to describe this week’s episode.

Pillow: The pop craft challenge was to make a pillow out of stuffed animals. That seems a little mean right? Some kids would’ve loved those animals.

Problems: During the pop craft challenge one of the teams couldn’t use the sewing machine to sew the fur onto the pillow.

Warning: Tori told one of the competitors in the pop craft challenge to be careful with the hot glue gun as one of the judges is the hot glue police.

Lawn display: For the final craft, the contestants had to build a big lawn display.

Facelift: One of the final competitors had to give their monster a facelift since it was looking a little droopy.

Messy: The judges thought one of the competitors project was a little messy with all the trash bags about midway through the final build.

Tough: The lawn supplies coupled with the vision of the judges was tough. Who makes lawn sculptures out of lawn supplies.

Scary: Both projects were scary and were based on Halloween.

Judgement: The judges weighed on the final two crafts and it chose the craft that lent itself more to Halloween even though they were split.

In the end the prize went to the team that really embraced more of the fun side of Halloween. Can’t wait until next week.
