I have AMAZING news for you:
New Kids on the Block, Boys II Men and 98 degrees are going on tour! Although I was slightly disturbed to hear it was called “The Package Tour” (for obvious reasons. I have a feeling they didn’t name it that because they were packaging all three groups together), I was more than excited that this would be happening. Because, I grew up with this music and every time I hear “Water Runs Dry” I want to put visine in my eyes to make it look like I was crying because the song is just that emotional. And I did see 98 Degrees in concert and, don’t get jealous of this next part, saw all 4 members in their boxers because they didn’t (or maybe they did…) realize that the lights on in their fabric dressing room did little to conceal their figures.
And how can you forget when this music video came out, cameo by Screech from Saved by the Bell, and you just died laughing? Or maybe I was the only one that thought it was funny…partly because it was pre-porn-tape Screech (eek) and would later lead to me and Becky dressing as Saved by the Bell characters for Halloween.
Needless to say, I have already found my VHS New Kids on the Block tape (love me some Jordan Knight) and have mastered this dance move….
