This past week we enjoyed listening to the Downey Symphony, led by Sharon Lavery. One more great musical experience. My fav was songs from the old musicals like Porgy and Bess and West Side Story.
Of course it is always fun to watch the Ms. Lavery direct. She is intense and clearly loves what she is doing.
