Brenna is 2 weeks old today! She loves tummy time and can lift her head up to 45 degrees during it… She is a wonderful sleeper and usually goes down between 10 and 11 and sleeps for between 6 and 8 hours straight then goes back down for an other couple hours… today she has a new sleep record of 10 hours straight last night.
We decided to celebrate our anniversary a couple days early since the Stars and Strollers movies are only once a week. We went to the Stars and Strollers showing of Monsters University at West Edmonton Mall. This is the first time we’ve gone that Keira actually paid attention/watched most of the movie. She spent most of the movie standing watching the movie between the seats or sitting on our laps. Brenna slept in her car seat until the last 10 minutes.
After the movie we went to Galaxyland and went into the kiddy play area with the ball pit and tunnels… Keira wasn’t a fan of the tunnels but she had fun in the ball pit. Her favourite part was watching the rollercoaster passing overhead though!
To top off our day we went for dinner at Jungle Jim’s which reminds us of Monkey Joe’s in Ottawa where we went on our first date.
They let Keira pick something out of the treasure box on the way out… of all the things in there she picked a tiara.
