Brother has never used his Veteran’s Administration privilege of healthcare due to Reeds being from Gen 1 on (for Brother, that were Gen 2) servicemen (and a few women).
We understood what the VA meant and avoided it altogether, thanks. Due to the VA’s lackings being made public lately, Brother had the idea (plus Spike has been using them the last couple of years) now that eyes are ‘on’ as such, maybe it’s time to give them a try.

Brother got all his paperwork sorted and went into the first doctor, who straight-away asked if he’d like to join the weight-loss programme.
‘I don’t want to have to hang out with a bunch of fat people,’ said Brother, 2-3X depending on which garment.
I found this not only funny but hilarious! Then again? I’m Clan Reed. We’re a dark sort, apparently.
Brother: ‘She didn’t think that was funny…’
