5.) I drew a tattle monster and told the kids that if they have to tell on someone for something, they should go tell him in his glittery ears (exceptions like blood and hurting someone should be told to me not the Tattle Monster). It's taking a little while for the purpose of the Tattle Monster to catch on… a little girl came up to me and said this:
"M said I can't tell the Tattle Monster something."
::FacePalm:: LOL!
4.) Try to picture this scenario: All the kids were playing outside. We have slides on the playground as well as some play houses. One of my boys was in the house and another one came running up to him. This is what happened:
C is in the house.
E runs up to him and says "C, let's go-"
C: "ROOOOAAARR!"
E: *Loud High-pitched Girl Scream* while running away.
Maybe you had to be there to appreciate it but it was pretty hilarious… especially if you knew C and E!
3.) Cupcakes was laying on her back on the floor, which she doesn't do very often just while playing and she kept slamming her arms down next to her. I think maybe she was getting a feel for the hardwood of our new apartment. :)
2.) The second night sleeping in our apartment, Cupcakes woke up in the middle of the night. 99% of the time when she wakes up in the middle of the night, she wakes up crying. Not this time. First we heard laughter. Funny but also kind of creepy… and then "DAAAADA! DAAAADA!" She was saying it over and over again for a long while, just playing in her crib. Sometimes I wish I had a video monitor…
1.) The most random thing happened. I was sitting down next to a standing-up-on-the-step Cupcakes and she was playing with my hand in her hands. All of a sudden, she let go, bent down (from the hips) and just licked my finger. A big long lick. Hhahahahaha it was pretty much the funniest thing ever. <3
