Tom Dalzell, author of “Vice Slang,” visits Google’s Mountain View, CA headquarters for any discussion on slang. Since 1983, Dalzell has devoted “a substantial portion” of his existence to study regarding American slang, and is known as a national expert. He’s written two books on slang, Flappers 2 Emcees: American Youth Slang (Merriam-Webster, 1996) and also the Slang of Sin (Merriam-Webster, 1998). Dalzell may be the senior editor from the New Partridge Dictionary of Slang and Unconventional British, a 2-volume dictionary to become released by Routledge based in london in 2005. The wedding happened on March 18, 2008, included in the Authors@Google series.
